• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• The product must be in original condition and original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable

• Clear images of the product (if applicable)

4. Shipping Charges for Returns

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product shipped by us.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
